Extraordinarily eye-catching with its intense, iridescent steel-blue flowers (10cm) tightly packed into egg-shaped heads. Its beautiful and unique colour extends onto the stems and leaves. 
A favourite for bees and butterflies too!
Grows in  clumps up to 70cm tall, performs best in full sun and well drained soil.
